TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Richvale Resort Advantage


1.) Accommodation and dates are as per the promotional email and all promotional stays are for a period of one week (seven consecutive nights).   Extra weeks can be rented with attractive discounts.

2.) Additional upgrade options for larger/Superior apartments; dates outside of the promotion or change of check-in day may be available upon request and start from £50 for change of check-in day.  Upgrade prices have been attractively discounted. All accommodation is subject to availability.

3.) Your accommodation is provided by Ventasencasa Ltd, 1 Worsley Court, High Street, Worsley, M28 3JH.

4.) This offer is subject to promotional availability. In the event that your preferred travel dates are not available alternatives will be offered. It is advisable to book early.

5.) This is an accommodation only offer you will need to arrange your flights, car hire and other travel services. When a reservation has been confirmed you must provide reservations with confirmation that Travel Arrangements have been booked.

6.) Once your registration/booking form has been submitted it will be subject to the resorts standard terms and conditions.

7.) All passengers must have adequate travel insurance before travelling and lead traveller must be 21 or over for resort insurance purposes. Meals, transport and personal expenses are not included. There is no obligation to purchase meals, drinks, etc., during your stay at the resort.

8.) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

9.) No cancellations, refunds, amendments can be made once your booking has been confirmed. TRAVEL/FLIGHT itinerary must be received by reservations@richvaleresorts.com a minimum of 6 weeks prior to arrival to avoid your accommodation at the resort being cancelled.

10.) You will be responsible for any damage to the apartment/resort during your stay. A €100 damage deposit will be requested which will be returned in full should no damage occur.

11.) We reserve the right to amend the terms of this offer without notice in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or event of a similar nature.

12.) The booking instructions, how to book and all other information contained in this website also form part of the terms and conditions.   

13.) LTS is the trading style of Ventasencasa Ltd., who are contracted to promote both resorts from the UK.

14.) Once you have confirmed your booking your contract will be with the resort and other relevant service providers, any disputes must therefore be settled with them directly. The promoter cannot be held liable.

15.) Ventasencasa, Richvale Resorts, LTS nor the promoter can be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes or destinations. 

16.) Bookings must be made within the on or before date offered in the promotional offer.

17.) TRAVEL/FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS MUST NOT BE MADE PRIOR TO THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE RESORT ALONG WITH YOUR UNIQUE RESERVATION ID NUMBER.

20) If your booking is for a studio apartment, flight/travel details need to be received reservations@richvaleresorts.comWITHIN 12 weeks from receipt of your Temporary Confirmation (or 6 weeks prior to travel whichever date falls first). Once these flight itinerary details have been received, the resort will be informed that your reservation has been confirmed. If flight/travel itinerary details are not received within this time period, your Temporary Reservation will automatically be cancelled and your unique promotional code will no longer be valid as only one voucher/code can be used per booking/per household.

21) Studio bookings cannot be booked more than 12 months in advance of travel and will be released at the end of each relevant month due to the flight rules in Clause 20.





Dates available for Richvale Resort Advantage are in accordance with the promotional offer you have received.

To tailor make your holidays to suit yourself we can arrange for you to upgrade to any day check-in, superior apartments, breakfast and/or half board option. Prices are offered at attractively discounted prices. Upgrades start from £50 for a change of check-in day. All upgrades are subject to availability.
